CHARGER BAND YARD SALE

The Charger Band Yard Sale will be held Saturday, Sept. 7 in the school 
cafeteria and adjacent courtyard.  Setup will be at 7:30 AM and the 
actual sale will be from 8:30 AM until 1:00 PM.  To help cover expenses 
each participating family will need to complete the form below and either 
mail it or drop it in the Band Parents box, with a CHECK for $10.00 
payable to Churchill Band Parents Association.  No cash please.

Each family is responsible for pricing their own items and will man their 
own table.  Students will receive 100% of the profits made.

State law requires that all money be collected by a representative of the 
Band Parents.  We will need adult volunteers to help cashier.  Please 
complete that portion of the form if you are able to help!  Customers 
will receive a receipt from the seller(s), will carry the receipt(s) to 
the collection area to pay and will then return to the seller(s) to 
collect the merchandise.  Receipts will be provided.  

Each participating member saves his or her receipts.  At the end of the 
sale, all receipts along with the final total will be turned in to the 
Gremillions so that the point accounts can be credited.

CHECK for $10.00 payable to the Churchill High School Band Parents

The Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 7, 1996.  Plenty of tables 
are available and will be allotted on the day of the sale on a first 
come, first served basis.  Setup is at 7:30 AM.  Sales are 8:30 - 1:00 PM.
